Choice ox sold to Ll 7s, prime Ll 4s to Ll 9s : cowsand heifers Ll to Ll 5s ; steers ranged in price from L 7 10s to L2O ; cows and heifers, L4 to Ll2 17s 6d. The show cattle sold as follows ; — Mr P. Sutton'r first prize heavy bullocks, LL7 17s 6d (bought by Mr T. Baster, Ponsonby Road) : Messrs Hall Bros, second prizes heavy bullock, 1.20 15s (bought by Messis I\. and W. Hellaby, Lid. Shortland Street ); Mr K. Reynolds' third prize heavy bullocks, Ll7 17s Gd (bought by Mr Gr. O. Knight, Karanghape Road) ; Mr A. Orr's first prize cows, Ll2 17s (bought by Mr R. and W. Hellaby ) ; pen of three bullocks under 4 years, Ll6 15s (bought by "W.
