Princess Chrysanthemum

As advertised in 'this issue, the charming operetta of the above name will be performed by the Helensville Musical Society on Friday evening next. The principals are all well known local artists, and the chorus is in good working order and going well, the balance of the parts being exceptionally good. The music is parties larly melodious, and the dances introduced are quite new to Helenaville audiences. The interest is caught on the rising of the curtain, and is held throughout the play. From both dramatic and musical points of view the performance promises to be a great * success.
