A fine all round programme up to the usual high standard of excellence will be screened at the Foresters' Hall tonight, "Playmates" shows how a dog may be trained to guard a child and is a veiy interesting drama. "Love in Many Moods "is an exceptionally fine coloured comedy. " Herring fishing at Yarmouth "' is educational and instructive, and some fin9 views are depicted in the film showing the Manchester ship canal. " Tenderfoot Foreman " is a Western drama full of interest. " Testing his Cootrage," a star film, possesses elements that will appeal to patrons. —On his first visit to the West, Robert Marsden is looked upon as a tenderfoot. The ranchers tell him of the celebrated bandit and terror of the country, " Red Mask." Marsden, in conversation with Miss Evelyn, the ranch owner's daughter, tells her that he is not at all disturbed by these terrible tales. Evelyn makes up her mind to test- his courage. Dressing herself as a cowboy, she takes up her position at the^ corner of the roads. '• Red Mask " happens to pass that way and holds her up at the point of his revolver. The outlaw detects that she is a woman, and telJs her he is going to rob her of a kiss. At this moment Bob Marsden appears and commands " Red Mask " to throw up his hands. Evelyn comes to Bob's assistance. He succeeds in taking the bandit to the sheriff. On his return home Bob offers the reward to Evelyn, telling her that there is only one reward for him. She asks him what it is, and he replies it :s she. She pays the reward by consenting to became his wife. The remainder of ihe programme comprises comedj and topical subjects each of which possesses distinct merit.
