Sir, —In reference to Mr Massey's Ministry including Mr F. M, B. Fis* her. In Hansard for February 27th Mr. Fisher in reply to a question from the Hon. Millar says that he is a " Leaseholder and that he, as a Leaseholder would not accept a position in a Freehold Cabinit." Howdoes he box the compass now ? Surely Mr. Massey would claim above all things that hia Ministry is a freehold one.
