When the House meets this afternoon the new Prime Minister (Mr Massey) will make a statement, in the course of which he will announce the names of those who will substitute the Reform Government under his leadership. There is every reason to believe, says the " Dominion," that the new ministry will consist of Mr Massey, Prime Minister, Minister for Lands and Minister for Agriculture ; Mr Herries, Minister for Railways, and Minister for Native Affairs ; Mr James Allen, Minisfor Finance, and Minister for Defence ; Mr Herdman, AttorneyGeneral, and Minister for Justice ; M r W. Fraser, Minister for Public Works, and Minister for Education ;M r Fisher, Minister for Labour ;Mr R. H. Rhodes, Postmaster General and Minister for Customs and Marine ; M r H. D. Bell, Minister for Internal Affairs and Leader of the Upper House ; Dr. Pomare, Member of Executive representing the Native Races. One portfolio remains to be allotted, announcement as to who will take it up will probably be made in the course of the next day or two.
