A letter was received from the Government Balnealogist, as follow: — '•' Sir.—Could you let me have a fW brief particulars in regard to the Helonsville baths for insertion in a book. It is somi; time since I was at HeJensville and considerable clianges have talctn place since tlien. The particulars I want are : 1. A full analysis of the water. 2. What baths have now been built. ;}. What accommodation is available for visitors." The Chairman stated that he had replied that ail iuformation would be willingly forwarded. Tlie Chairman stated that he bad, on behalf of the Town Board, invited the Premier, and the lions. A. Myers, and Laiirenso.ii, to visit Helensville and the Springs. It was resolved that a turnstile be proeurred for admittance to the Swimming bath, that new wooden taps be put into the private baths, and several improvements woro authorised to be carried out,. Accounts paid- between meetings amounting to £64 8s 5d were passed, and accounts amounting to £4G 17s lOd were passed for payment.
