At the Helen sville monthly sale yesterday, there was a full yarding, and competition was keen, and all offered were sold at fair prices. Beef fat steers made from L7ss to LB4s ; fat cows L 5 to L 6 6s. Bulls from L 4 Ids to L 5 15s. Store cows L 2 15s to L-t4s; springers L 5 tj L 6 10s; Weaner calves good sorts 30s to L 2 7s smaller Ll 7s to Ll 14s. A medium draught colt fetched L 22 10 ; medium yearling colt L 8 10. • .
The Auctioneer, Mr Fraser, states that cattle are very good further noith, competition being keen, and selling at high prices.
