Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report:—

Befci": An average yarding. The demand was weak, and prices were lower than last quotations. Choice pens of prime ox soH at up to 255, ordinary quality ox at 22s Gd to 2-Is per cwt ; cow and heifer beef sold at from 18s to 21s pfii* cwt. V^al: A small yarding, which, sold at lato rates. Heavy sold from £2 10s to £4 10s ; choice suckers from 30s to 455, others 3s to 20s,

Mutton: A large yarding. Prices were lower. Choice heavy wethers sold at 17s Gd to 225, good at 16s to 17 small lls Qd to 13s Gd; heavy ewes 12s to 14s, light. 8s Gd tolOs 6d.

Lamb: A large yarding. Prices were 2s per head lower than last week. Heavy sold at 18s 17s, good 10s to 12s Gd, inferior fts to 8s 6d,

Pork; A email yarding Baoonors sold at £2 los to £.3 ss; porkers, 25s to.£2 10?; weanors, 9s to 13s.
