Th o * Wellington, This Day. +t/w, e, ren£ e r of emPWe™ with the Waterside Workers of New Zealand concluded here yesterday, and an. agreement was reached which gives workers an increase in wages of twopence per hour all round. In the evening the delegates and executive of Federation of Labour held a social gathering at Burlington Rooms, at which the toast of Federation of Labour was proposed by Mr J. Carr and responded fco by Mr P. Webb, Presi. dent of the Waterside Workers.
