At Westfield yards, on Wednesday, fat cattle were ysrded in full numbers, and declined in price. Best oxen sold to 27s per 1001b, others 28s to 2os cows and heifers, J9s to 225; steers sold at from £7 2s 6d to £12; cows and heifers £4 10s to £8 2s 6d. Calves yarded in usual numbers, heavy vealers £2 16s to £4 : medium £2 to £2 12s. lighter £1 Is to £) 12s, fresh dropped and smaller sorts, 3s to 12s. Sheep were yarded in average numbers, and advanced in price fully 2s per head Best wethers sold at 17s 9d to £1 2s, others 13s 9dto 17s 3d. Lambs, in good numbers, sold at advanced rates, B^st quality 15s to 19s others 10s to 14s 3d. Pigs were yard* ed in full numbers, and sold well. Baconers sold to £3 ]0s ; porkers, £2 to £2 18s ; slips, £1 to £1 13s; wean> ers, 8s to Us.
