"VTOTICE is hereby given that at a _1M special meeting of the Helensviile Town Board held on the 13r.h day of November, 1911, a Resolution was passed that: — •' In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," the Helensville Town Board hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of providing the Interest and other Charges on a loan of £10,000 authorised to berais£d by Helensville Town Board undor the above mentioned Act for the following purposes: A. For WAIER SUPPLY-£SOOO. B.
