"IVTOTIOE is hereby given ftiafc at a J3| special meeting of the Helensville Town Board held on the 13r.h day of November, 1911, a Eesolution Avas passed that:— " In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," the Helensville Town Board hereby i-esolves us follows : That for the purpose of providing; the Interest and other Charges on a loan oi £10,000 authorised to be raised by Helensville Town Board under the above mentioned A.ctfor the following purposes: A. For WAT ER S UPPLY - -£5000. B. For DEAINAGE —£5000. the said Helensville Town Board hereby makes and levies a Special Kate of One Penny five-eights in the putind upon the" rateable value of all rateable property of the Helensville j Town District, comprising the. whole of such district; and that such Special Bate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable Half Yearly on the 30th day of June and the 31st*day of_ December in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of Thirty-six and one half years, or until the Loan is fully paid off, And notice is hereby given that the said Eesolution will be submitted to a Special Meeting of the said Town Board to be held at the Town Board Office, situated at Helensville, on Monday, the lltb day of Deceiubor, 1911, at 7.40 p.m, for confirmation as a Special Order.
