CONCERT

The concert to be held on November 2nd, in the Foresters' Hall, in aid of the Helensville Presbyterirh Church, is certain to be one of the concerts of the year. The programme which is being arranged is a lengthy one and besides a number of the best vocal, musical, and instrumental items obtainable, it includes the Maypole Dance and Floral March, in which altogether 54 children take part. The Rev. Kergan and his helpers have been busy for some time past instrucing and coaching the children in their different parts, and are satisfied that .by the evening of the entertainment they will be perfect. The floral arches are already finished and form a perfect heap of pretty artificial flowers waiting for the children with their dainty dresses and artistic trippings. We congratulate the promoters on the progress they have made so far, and hope that a record attendance will crown their efforts on November 2nd.
