REGATTA MEETING.

E. Warnock for matter of subscription. The following names were added to, the Vice-Pre'sidents' list: Messrs C. Sandin, E M. Cameron,. J. Lambert, J. Megson, D. Stewart, Jno. Stewart, Jno. Simcock, "W. Allen, A Hammond, H. B, Melton, W. MiUward, and A. J, Garry. A proposal was carried that all subscribing vice-Presidents receive a complimentary ticket. 'Proposal carried that tenders be^l called for sole right to sell refresh^H ments on Shelly Beach on Eegatti^H Day. It was decided that all workinj^H officials dine together on S.S. Tuirangi^H It was resolved that a danco be helc^H in the Forresters' Hall on Eegatta Daj^H to stare at 8.30 p.m. Gentlemen Is 6d^H Ladies, Is. The boat fare-was fixed at 2s for^H adults, chi'dren under 12 free, inclus-^B ive of lauding fee. The secretary was instructed to start a bank account at the Union Bank, ■ Helensviile. V It; was resolved that on Regatta Day the working officials wear the following distinguishing rosettes :— Committee, blue; starters, red; judges, maroon and gold; commodore red, white and blue; vice- commodore red'and white. • . ,' _ A General meeting is called for next Friday night at 8 o'clock in McEwiu's Hotel to reconsider the1 date of the Eegatta.
