Mr John Davidson has sold his property to Mr Robert Downer. This property adjoins the railway station, and is one of the choicest farms in this district.
Owing to the severe frosts last week most of the potato crops suffered severely, some of the growers being heavy losers.
Tlie Residents' Ball is definite-Jy fixed for November 3rd.
