take works that could net be looked at by past Boards, and it rests with the ratepayers to say whether or not the Board shall take advantage of the opportunity for borrowing a sum which will enable them to carry out the scheme for which the money is lequired. The scheme was laid fully before the ratepayers at the meeting last week, and it now rests with them to roll up to the Town Board office to-morrow between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p,m. and record their vote in favour of the scheme by putting a I cross opposite the line " For the Proposal," or'against it by putting a cross opposite the line " Against the Proposal." We hope that all ratepayers will record their, votes in the interost of the town and district.
