A meeting of the Committee was held in the Secretary's rooms on Saturday evening, Mr It. Nicholls in the chair. .

Several new membcis were elected

The secretary was instructed to issue circulars asking for donations to the forthcoming show.

It was resolved that future meetings be held on the Saturday nearest full moon in each month.

That the ladies committee of last year be re -elected, with the addition of Miss M. Bradly.

I< was decided that the printing be placed locally.

The Secretary was instructed to draw out a list of members in arrears, and notify them that the fees outstand • ing would be very acceptable.
