Mr Bosisio, one of the Victorian Commissioners to the Colonial and Indian Exhibition, was entertained at a banquet at St. George's Club last night. Graham Berry, who piesided, eulogised the services of Mr Bosisto in connection with the Exhibition. Mr Bosisto, in replying to the toast of h's health, declared that Victoria has responded to the utmost extent to the inviiation to coutribnte to the Exhibition. He expressed a hope that the conference which would shortly be held for the purpose of discussing defences would lay the foundation of an Imperial Federation. Cnnliffe Owen made a speech, in which he warmly praised the services rendered to the Exhibition by Mr Bosisto and James Thompson.
