ANDER & SONS' EUCALYPTI j U EXTRACT. (Dentscho Med Wochenschrift 1879), Mosler, M.D. Professor at the University, Griefswald, Germany, reports:— The Eucalypti Extract proved magnifi cently successful in very severe contusions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scalding*, broken ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived fr nil it in all disorders of the respiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, m flamniation of the bronchial tubes and lungs, chronic catarrh, bronchitis, colds, ifcc., are not to be equalled by any otheT medicament. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPT] EXTRACT. Lister, M.D., Professor, &c., London, the leading surgeon of the present time, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published in Gaillard's Medical Journal, that the Eucalypti Extract is the best known antisep tic (means of preventing putrefaction). SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (American Medical Jonrnnl, Novem ber, 1881). —In diseases of the kidney either active congestion or suppression (uraemia) all albuminuria, dropsy, lithia sis, nothing will equal -in its action Eucalypti Extract. Doses, five to eight drops in a little sweetened water twice or three times daily SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From American Medical Journal Jan., 1882).—Pitzer, M.D., Professoi Theory and Practice ef Medicine, American Medical College, says—lt is the best remedy known in typhoma larial, typhoid fever, erysipelas, diph theria, scarlet fever, small-pox, &c. ; it effectually retards the disintegration of the animal fluids, which might result in a general breaking-up of the blood and in death. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPT] EXTRACT. (From St. Loois Electric Medical Journal, Dec, 1881).—Cancer of the Tongue—Patient, Mrs W , 35 years old. Evidence of scrofulous dia thesis. Prescribed four drops to be taken three times daily ; also, tongue wetted three times with the Eucalypti Extract. Treated as above for four weeks, then discharged cured. (J. H. Ruttley, M.D., Prof., &c, Philadelphia).—Since, in the case o! Mr Mercer, of Kerang, who had been advised by the medical officers of the Dendigo Hospital to have his tongue removed, like splendid results have attained through the application of the Eucalypti Extract. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From the Clinical Record, of August, 1881). —Surgical Clinic of Professor M'lntyre, College of Physicians and Surgeons, St. Louis Scirrhns of Breast—Excision: Eucalypti Extract employed as spray, and dressing. Eight days after operation Professors Bauer and M'lntyre noted the following con dition :—No swelling, heat or discolors tion, near or in the wound, which has united fully; the patient allowed to attend to her household duties again. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPT] EXTRACT. (Clinical Record, Sept. 1880).—The American medical profession uses, in gonorrhoea, as an injection, an emulsion of one ounce gum Arabic, in 30 or 40 ounces of water, applied four times daily. Light drops given inwardly once daily, prevents effectually containination of the blood in foul disease. CAUTION. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (St. Louis Clinical Record, Jan ', 1882).—Hazard, M.D. Prof, of Patho | logy and Diseases of the Mind, states: We liavo examined half a dozen specimens of Eucalypti Extract.
