[to the editor,] Sir—Are horses allowed to he turned loose, with other animals, in Seddon street at night, and paiticularly on Sunday ? A little boy was nearly trampled down by one of those pests not ten yards from his home yesterday afternoon. It seems to be nobody’s business. But when some accident occurs, and that the Borough might have to pay for lax duties then it will become somebody's business.
