NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of the 18th section of "The Railways Construction and Land Act, 1881," copies of the PLAN and BOOK OF REFERENCE relating to the section of the abovementioned Railway, lying between Biunnerton and the Big Hohonu River, have been deposited at the following places, namely—(l.) The office of the County Council of Grey, Greymouth. (II.) The Post Office, Brunnerton. (III.) The Public Works Office, Wellington. This claim is connected with and working into the No. 2 sludge-channel, and has all the appliances in machinery and plant necessary for sluicing purposes; and, being free from liabilities, with £35 paid in advance for water, offers a good inducement for investors.
