The following applications were heard and all granted ; William Ames, tail-race at Shallow Lead.
James Kelly and others, extended claim of five acres, at Larrikins ; subject to production of old certificate. James Kelly and others, special site for stacking stones and plant, at Larrikins. Thomas Jamieson and party, em tended claim of five acp>r- J *^^a | 'doo [Terrace.
Henry Diamond, ievidence area of 45 perches, fronting New road at Mignonette Flat. James Holmes, six months’ protection to water-rights attached to headrace 1627, to enable giound to be worked upon which the race which used to carry the water was constructed.
Edward Brennan, fourteen days’ protection for extended claim at Larrikins. Peter Grant and Jacob Jorgensen, seven days’ protection, from December 17th, to extended claim at Larrikins.
