All pedestrian competitors must appear in suitable clothing—long drawers and trunks. In wrestling, in Devon, Cornish, or Cumberland stylo, no boots or slippers, or covering of any kind upon the feet will be allowed, woollen stockings excepted. In Collar and Elbow style, light shoes (approved of by Committee) may be worn. Competitors will bo matched according to weight. 'Urn decisions of the Committee or whoever limy may appoint shall in all cases of dispute be liual, and all law proceedings ban ed. The time for receiving entries and acceptances will be strictly adhered to. In the event of the weather proving unfavourable, the Committee shall have it in their power to postpone the sports from day to day.
