Thusday, December 2. [Before His Honor Judge Broad.] RE J. VAVASOVICH, A BANKRUPT. Upon the motion of Mr Hannan, thia bankrupt got his discharge, subject to payment of the Assignee's costs. SMITH V. GREY COUNTY COUNCIL. An action to recover £2OO, for injuries sustained. Mr Jones and Mr Hannau for plaintiff. Mr Guinness for defendant. The evidence of Robert Paul having been taken, it appeared impossible to proceed further, in consequence of the illness of the County Clerk and another witness preventing their attendance, and the case was accordingly adjourned to next sittings, the jurors being warned to be in attendance then. KENNARD V. GREY COUNTY COUNCIL. Mr Jones for plaintiff, Mr Guinness for defendant. Action to recover £7O compensation and £32 cost of arbitration, upon an award of arbitrators. After a long legnl argument his Honor ruled that no proper award had been made, and therefire the plaintiff had no case, and judgment was entered for the defendants, with costs £5 lis. IX CHAMBERS. [Before His Honor Judge Broad.] IN RE THOMAS ROBINSON, EX PARTE I. CHAPMAN, AND THOMAS TENNANT. Appeal from refusal of Deputy Assignee to admit proofs of debt herein. Ordered to stand over, the necessary affidavits in support of the motion not having been filed. IN RE D. GIRDWOOD, EX PARTE G. H. MOSS. Unon the motion of Mr Hannan, the Court ordered Mr Moss's proof of debt to be admitted. IN RE JAMES M'MANAMIN, DECEASED. Upon the motion of Mr Hannan the Court granted probato of the will of the deceased to Jeremiah O'Donnell and James Finn, the executors named therein.
