Professor at the University, -Griefswald, Germany, reports: — tho Eucalypti Extract proved magnifi cently successful in veiy severe contusions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scalding*, broken' ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived frmi it in all disorders of the inspiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, m flnmmation of tire bronchial tubes and lungs, chronic catarrh, bronchitis, coldsj itc.. are not to he equalled by any othei medicament. Lister, M.D., Professor, Am., London, the h ading surgeon of the present lime, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published in Gaillard’s Medical Journal, that the Eucalypti Extract is the best known antisep tic (means of preventing putrefaction).
