[REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.] I By Klectric Telegraph.—Copyright. NEW EMIGRATION OFFICE. ANOTHER MANOEUVRE OF RUSSIANS IN BULGARIA. (Received November 6, 2.30 p.m.) London, November 5. Messrs Hazel and Hodgiiug members of the Committee of the Emigration Office, which has been established under the supervision of her Majesty' Government, will sail for Australia and New Zealand on the lltb inst. The object of their visit is to make inqniries into the Emigration question and the establishment of offices and appointing correspondents. Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company's steamship Coptic, which left New Zealand on September 18th, arrived at Plymouth on Friday evening, her cargo of frozen mutton being in good condition. (Received November 8, 1.14 p.m.) Sofia, November 4. A number of Russian conspirators in the town of Bourgah stated that Government officers arrested the officials and that they then disarmed the troops, and proclaimed a Russian protectorate over the district. The Regency, on hearing this, immediately despatched a body of troops to the town, who restored order. The rebels have now collapsed.
