He has further protested at the rioting which had recently taken place, and the treatment which his supporters received at the hands of the adherents of the Regency. Vienna, October 12. As the master persisted in hoisting the American flag, the Captain of the Canadian cruiser Terror ordered a party to board her and lower the flag, which was accordingly done, and an armed guard placed in charge of the schooner.
