We have subjected a sample of the above-named article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are set forth in a separate report, show that ' Ids spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solati a), it possesses a delicate and agreeaole aroma, and a pure and mild taste.
