SANDER & SONS’ EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (Deutsche Med Wochenschrift 1879), Mosler, M.D. Professoral the University, Griefswald, Germany, reports: — I he Eucalypti Extract proved maguifij cently successful in very severe contu • sions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scald* ings, broken ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived from it in all disorders of the respiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, m Humiliation of the bronchial tubes and lungs, chronic catarrh, bronchitis, colds, ifec., arc not to be equalled by any other medicament. SANDER AND SONS’ EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. Lister, M.D., Professorate., London, the leading surgeon of the present lime, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published iu Gaillard’s Medical Journal, that the Eucalypti Extract is the best known autisep tic (means of preventing putrefaction), SANDER AND SONS’ EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (American Medical Journal, Novcm her, 1881). —In diseases of the kidney either active congestion or suppression (uraemia) all albuminuria, dropsy, lithia sis, nothing will equal in its action Eucalypti Extract. Doses, five to eight drops in a little sweetened water twice or three times daily SANDER AND SONS’ EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From American Medical Journal Jan., 1862). —Pitzer, M.D., Professor Theory and Practice of Medicine, American Medical College, says—lt is the best remedy known in typhoma larial, typhoid fever, erysipelas, diph theria, scarlet fever, small-pox, Ac.; it effectually retards the disintegration of the animal fluids, which might result iu a general breaking-up of the blood and in death. SANDER AND SONS’ EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From St. Loais Electric Medical Journal, Dec., 1881).—Cancer of the Tongue—Patient, Mrs W , 35 years old. Evidence of scrofulous dia thesis. Prescribed four drops to tp taken three times daily; also, tongue wetted three times with the Eucalypti Extract. Treated as above for four weeks, then discharged cured. (J. H. Ruttley, M.D., Prof., Ac., Philadelphia).—Since, in the case of Mr Mercer, of Kerang, who had been advised by the medical officers of the Lendigo Hospital to have his tongue removed, like splendid results have attained through the application of the Eucalypti Extract. SANDER AND SONS’ EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From the Clinical Record, of August, 1881).—Surgical Clinic of Professor M‘lntyre, College of Physicians and Surgeons, St. Louis Scirrhus of Breast-Excision: Eucalypti Extract employed as spray, and dressing. Eight 'fays after operation Professors Bauer and M‘ln tyre noted the following con. cation ; No swelling, heat or discolora tion, near or in the wound, which has united fully; the patient allowed to attend to her household duties again. SANDER AND SONS’ EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (Clinical Record, Sept. 1880);—The American medical profession uses, in gonorrhoea, as an injection, an emulsion of one ounce gnm Arabic, In 30 or 40 ounces of water, applied four times daily. Eight drops given inwardly once daily, prevents effectually contamination of the blood iu foul disease, CAUTION. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT.
