Michael Murray and party, by their agent Mr Hannan, applied to construct a tail-race at Patrick’s Terrace, west of Tait and party’s tail-race.—Granted ; certificate 12003 cancelled. Catherine Ireland, by her agent Mr Hannan, applied for a residence area fronting the new road at Larrikins.— Granted, on the usual conditions. Peter Grant and others, by their agent Mr Hannan, applied for three months’ protection to their extended claim, till the carrying capacity of the No, 2 sludge-channel be proved, before constructing their tail-race.—Granted for 14 days, and form to be filled up properly.
