HOLLESTER V. ACCIDENT ASSOCIATION OF NEW ZEALAND.
[to the editor,] Sir —My attention has been directed by our local agents to a paragraph that appeared in the West Coast Times of the 24th July last to the effect that the “ New Zealand Accident Insurance Company ” were defendants in a case recently tried at Wellington. I will thank you to allow me the medium of your largely circulated paper to intimate to the public interested that the case therein referred to was Hollester v. Accident Association of New Zealand, and not the one I have the honor to represent. I would also like to be permitted to say that I have been connected with the New Zealand Accident Insurance Company now seven years, and, during the whole of the time I have been superintendent, not one single claim has been contested.— I am, sir, yours very truly, Ralph Levoi, New Zealand Accident Insurance Company. Kumara, August 4, 1886.
