The scenes in the Chamber during I lie recent lengthened sitting are characterised as disorderly beyond description. The sitting lasted o(5(- hours. Lady Stephen, ai:e of Sir Alfred otephen, late Lienten.ini-Governor of New South Wales, died to-day.
