ANDER & SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (Deutsche Mod Wochenschrilt 1879), Mosier, M.D. Professoral the Univoroity, Griefswakl, Germany, reports: — ilie Eucalypti Extract proved magnify cently successful in very severe contusions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scalding*, broken ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived trom it in all disorders of the respiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, in flammation of the bronchial tubes and lungs, chronic catarrh, bronchitis, colds, ike., arc not to be equalled by any othei medicament. SANDER AND SONS’ EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. Lister, M.D., Professor, Ac., London, the leading surgeon of the present time, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published in Gaillard’s Medical Journal, that the Eucalypti Extract is the best known antisep tic {means of preventing putrefaction). (From American Medical Journal Jan., 1882). —Pitzer, M.D., Professor Theory and Practice of Medicine, American Medical College, says—lt is the best remedy known in typbonia larial, typhoid fever, erysipelas, diph tlieria, scarlet fever, small-pox, Ac.; it effectually retards the disintegration of the animal fluids, which might result in a general breaking-up of the blood and in death.
