iANDER «fc SONS' EUCALYPTI I EXTRACT. (Deutsche Med Wochenschrift 1879), Mosler, M.D. Professor afc the University, Griefswald, Germany, reports: — The Eucalypti Extract proved magnifij cently successful in very severe contusions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scaldings, broken ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived from it in all disorders of the respiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, in flamrnation of the bronchial tubes and lungs, chronic catarrh, bronchitis, colds, &c., are not to be equalled by any other medicament. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. Lister, M.D., Professor, &c, London, the leading surgeon of the present time, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published in Gaillard's Medical Journal, that the Eucalypti Extract is the best known antisep tic (means of preventing putrefaction). SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTJ EXTRACT. (American Medical Jonrnal, Novem ber, 1881). —In diseases of the kidney either active congestion or suppression (uraemia) all albuminuria, dropsy, lithia sis, nothing will equal in its action Eucalypti Extract. Doses, five to eight drops in a little sweetened water twice or three times daily SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From American Medical Journal Jan., 1882).—Pitzer, M.D., Professoi Theory and Practice of Medicine, American Medical College, says—lt is the best remedy known in typhoma larial, typhoid fever, erysipelas, diph theria, scarlet fever, small-pox, &c; it effectually retards the disintegration of the animal fluids, which might result in a general breaking-up of the blood and in death. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From St. Lonis Electric Medical Journal, Dec., 1881). —Cancer ot the Tongue—Patient, Mrs W , 35 years old. Evidence of scrofulous dia thesis. Prescribed four drops to betaken three times daily ; also, tongue wetted three times with the Eucalypti Extract. Treated as above for four weeks, then discharged cured. (J. H. Ruttley, M.D., Prof., &c, Philadelphia).—Since, in the case o< Mr Mercer, of Kerang, who had been advised by the medical officers of the Bendigo Hospital to have his tongue removed, like splendid results have attained through the application of the Eucalypti Extract. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From the Clinical Record, of August, 1881). —Surgical Clinic of Professor M'lntyre, College of Physicians and Surgeons, St. Louis Scirrhus of Breast—Excision: Eucalypti Extractemployed as spray, and dressing. Eight days after operation Professors Bauer and M'lntyre noted the following con. dition : —No swelling, heat or discolora tion, near or in the wound, which has united fully; the patient allowed to attend to her household duties again. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (Clinical Record, Sept. 1880). Tht American medical profession uses, in gonorrhoea, as an injection, an emulsion of one ounce gtim Arabic, in 30 o 40 ounces of water, applied four times daily. Eight drops given inwardly once daily, prevents effectually contamination of the blood in foul disease. CAUTION. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (St. Louis ClJnicHl Record, Jan. 1882).—Hazard, M.D. Prof, of Patho logy and Diseases of the Mind, states: We have examined half a dozen .specimens of Eucalypti Extract. Sandei's preparation was the only one whitb corresponds to scientific tests. Our preparation is the onl" :,:<istii•' volatile extract, free cf «.i resinous par tides. All other preparations of the Eucalyptus, no matter where manufactured, are crude, resinous oils, irritating and blistering, rather causing inflammation than staying it, and of re«danger if crronously applied in throat diseases, &c. No bottles genuine except those with labels bearing our siguature and trad* mark, and secured outside with pink wrapper and green band, the latiief bearing ovir location and signature.
