KUM ARA RIFLE VOLUNTEERS. DISTRICT ORDER. 1 WEBB, will insppct the KUMARA RIFLES, at the Adelphi Hall, on THCTRSDAY, 13th May, at 8 p.m. All officers -who have not passed their final examination for substantive commissions will he lequired to present themselves for examination during Major Webb's stay.
