WARDEN'S COURT, GREENSTONE.

[Before .Tackson Keddell, Esq., Warden.] Lawrence Dunno and others applied for an extended claim of two acies at Cape Terrace. The application was objected to by Dwim and Brick.—Mr Seddon appeared for applicants; Mr Hannan for objector.". It was gone into fully last Court day, and now the application was granted.
Dwan and Brick v. Lamason and others.—The Warden, on application by Mr Hannan, substituted service was allowed ; advertisement to appear in KiniARA Times.
In tin; ca.se of King and others v. Dwyer and others, the Warden assessed the costs to be pud by defendants at £25 16s.
Dwyer and others' application for an extended claim on Duke's Terrace was granted.—Mr Hannan for applicants. James Steele applied for a doublearea claim on Hayes Terrace. Grante!. Several Greenstone applications were also granted.
