ANDER & SONS* EUCALYPTI D EXTRACT. (Deutsche Med Wochenschrift 1879), Alosler, M.D. Professor at the University, Griefswald, Germany, reports:— The Eucalypti Extract proved magnify cently successful in very severe contu sions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scaldmgs, broken ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived from it in all disorders of the respiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, m /lamination of the bronchial tubes and lungs, chronic catarrh, bronchitis, colds, &c., are not to be equalled by any other medicament. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. Lister, M.D., Professor, &c, London, the leading surgeon of the present time, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published iu Gaillard's Medical Journal, that the Eucalypti Extract is the best known antisep tic (means of preventing putrefaction). SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (American Medical Jonroal, Novem her, 1881). —In diseases of the kidney either active congestion or suppression (uraemia) all albuminuria, dropsy, litbia sis, nothing will equal in its action Eucalypti Extract. Doses, five to eight drops in a little sweetened water twice or three times daily SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From American Medical Journal Jan., 1882).—Pitzer, M.D., Professoi Theory and Practice of Medicine, American Medical College, says—lt ig the best remedy known in typborua la rial, typhoid fever,, erysipelas, diph theria, scarlet fever, small-pox, &c; ineffectually retards the. disintegration of the animal fluids, which might result in a general breaking-up of the blood and in death. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From St. Louis Electric Medical Journal, Dec, 1881).—Cancer of the Tongue—Patient, Mrs W , 35 years old. Evidence of scrofulous'dia thesis. Prescribed four drops to tp taken three times daily; also, tongue wetted three times with the Eucalypti Extract. Treated as above for four weeks, then discharged cured. (J. H. (St. Louis Clinical Record, Jan 1882).—Hazard, M.D. Prof, of Pathology and Diseases of the Mind, states : We have examined half a dozen specimens of Eucalypti Extract. Sander's preparation was the. only one which corresponds to scientific tests. Our preparation is the onl" existing volatile extract, free cf..'.. resinous par tides. All other preparations of the Eucalyptus, no ma'ter where manufactured, are crude, resinons oils, irritatino and blistering, rather causing inflan* niation than staying it, and of readanger if erroni.nsly applied in tliroat diseases, &c. No bottles genuine except those with labels bearing our signature and trad, mark, and secured outside with pink wrapper and green band, the latter bearing o'tr location and signature.
