WOOL SALES IN LONDON. SHIPPING INTELLIGENCE. THE DISORDERS IN BELGIUM. (Received March 2, 1.15 a.m.) London, March 31. At to-day’s woo! auction a catalogue of 10,300 bales wore offered. The market is generally weak. Greasy wools are one half-penny, and fleeces about one penny to three-halfpence lower than at last sales. Arrived, the steamship Tasmania, from Melbourne, February 11. Per Merchant Shipping and Underwriters’ Association : Arrived, the ship Nelson, from Wellington, January 3rd.
Brussels, April 1. The disorders have now subsided throughout Belgium, and the industries of the country are reverting to their normal state.
