ANNUAL EXAMINATION
• FOR CLASSIFICATION IN STANDARDS. WESTBROOK SCHOOL. Examined November 12, 1885. The classification is not high, but the work appears to have been faithfully done. The three children in Sbandai’ds 111., IV., and V. answer very fairly, their merit relatively to their respective requirements of their standards placing them in this order. Spelling is not a strong point, and the grammar of Y. shows very great weakness. No papers are submitted in History by the candidates in Standard 111. or Standard IV. All presented for promotion have passed, and most of the marks in the lower classes are very high indeed. Head Teacher, W. A. Patrick. Enrolled—Boys, 16 : girls, 15 ; total, 31.
