M.D. Professor at; the University, Griefswald, Germany, reports: — Hie Eucalypti Extract proved magnifi* cently successful in very severe contusions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scalding*, broken ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived Fr»m it in all disorders of the respiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, in of the bronchial tubes and lungs, chronic catarrh, bronchitis, colds, &c, arc not to be equalled by any other medicament. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. Lister, M.D., Professor, &c, London, the leading surgeon of the present time, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published in Gaillard's Medical Journal, that the Eucatic (means of preventing putrefartion). (From American Medical Journal, •Jan., 1882).—Pitzer, M.D., Professoi Theory and Practice of Medicine, American Medical College, says—lt is the best remedy known in typhoma larial, typhoid fever, erysipelas, diph theria, scarlet fever, small-pox, &c; ineffectually retards tin-, disintegration of the animal fluids, which might result in a general breaking-up of the blood and in death. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From St. Lonis Electric Medical Journal, Dec, 1881).—Cancer of the Tongue—Patient, Mrs W , 35 years old. Evidence of scrofulous' dia thesis. Prescribed four drops to Lr taken three times daily; a l so , tongue wetted three times with the Eucalypti Extract. Treated as above for four weeks, then discharged cured. (J. 11. Ruttley, M.D., Prof., <fec, Philadelphia).—Since, in the case oi Mr Mercer, of Kerang, who had been advised by the medical officers of the Bendigo Hospital to have his tongue removed, like splendid results have attained through the application of the Eucalypti Extract. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From the Clinical Record, of August, 1881).—Surgical Clinic of Professor M'lntyre, College of Physicians and Surgeons, St. Louis Scirrh us of Breast—Excision: Eucalypti Extract employed as spray, and dressing. Eight days after operation Professors Bauer and M'lntyre noted the following con. dition :—No swelling, heat or discolora tion, near or in the wound, which has united fully; the patient allowed to attend to her household duties a»ain. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (Clinical Record, Sept. 1880).- TI.« American medical profession uses, in gonorrhoea, as an injection, an emulsion of one ounce gum Arabic, in 30 o 40 ounces of water, applied four times daily. Eight drops given inwardly, once daily, prevents effectually contnmination of the blood iu foul disease.

(St. Louis Clinical Record, Jan. 1882).—Hazard, M.D. Prof, of Pathology and Diseases of the Mind, states : We have examined half a dozen specimens of Eucalypti Kxtmwt. .Sander's preparation was the only one which em res j oiul.s to scientific tests.
