LANDER & SONS' EUCALYPTI I EXTRACT. (Deutsche Med Wochenschrift 1879), Mosler, M.D. Professor at the University, Griefswald, Germany, reports: — The Eucalypti Extract proved magnifi cently successful in very severe contusions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scalcwgs, broken ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived from it in all disorders of the respiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, m flammation of the bronchial tubes and lungs, chronic catarrh, bronchitis, colds, &c, are not to be equalled by any other medicament. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. Lister, M.D., Pi-ofrssor, Jbc., London, the leading surgeon of the present lime, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published in Gaillard's Medical Journal, that the Eucalypti Extract is the best known antisep tic (means of preventing putrefaction). SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (American Medical Jonrnal, Noveiu her, 1881).—In diseases of the kidney > either active congestion or suppression (uraemia) all albuminuria, dropsv, lithia sis, nothing will equal in its action Eucalypti Extract. Doses, five to fight drops in a little sweetened water twice or three times daily SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (Prom American Medical Journal, Jan., 1882).—Pitzer, M.D., Professoi Theory and Practice of Medicine, American Medical College, says—lt is the best remedy known in typhoma larial, typhoid fever, erysipelas, diph them, scarlet fever, small-pox, <fec; it effectually retards th<s disintegration of the animal fluids, which might result in a general breaking-up of the blood and in death. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTJ EXTRACT. (From St. Louis Electric Medical Journal, Dec, 1881).—Cancer ot the Tongue—Patient, Mrs W , 35 years old. Evidence of scrofulous'dia thesis. Prescribed four drops to tr taken three times daily; also, tongue wetted three times with the Eucalypti Extract. Treated as above for four weeks, then discharged cured. (J. H. Ruttley, M.D., Prof., &c, Philadelphia).—Since, in the case oi Mr Mercer, of Kerang, who had been advised by the medical officers'of the Bendigo Hospital to have his tongue removed, like splendid results have attained through the application of the Eucalypti Extract. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (From the Clinical Record, of August, 1881).—Surgical Clinic of Professor M'lntyre, College of Physicians and Surgeons, St. Louis Scirrhus of Breast—Excision: Eucalypti Extractemployed as spray, and dressing. Eight days after operation Professors Bauer and M'lntyre noted the following condition :—No swelling, heat or discolora tion, near or in the wound, which has united fully; the patient allowed to attend to her household duties a»ain. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTJ EXTRACT. (Clinical Record, Sept. 1880). Th& American medical profession uses, in gonorrhoea, as an injection, an emulsion of one ounce gum Arabic, in 30 o 40 ounces of water, applied four times daily. Eight drops given inwardlv, once daily, prevents effectually con. tamination of the blood in foul disease. CAUTION. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (St. Louis Clinical Record. Jar 1882). —Hazard, M.D. Prof, of P.,thnh>L'y and Diseases of the Mind, spates: We have examined half a dozen specfmens of Eucalypti Extract, Satide.'s preparation was the only one width corresponds to scientific tests.
