(Received February 16, 1 a.m.) February 15. The rioting at Leicester has ceased. The town is now quiet. Hyndeman, Burns, Champion, and Williams, the leaders at the unemployed meeting, have been summoned to appear at Bow-street Court to answer a charge of seditious speeches at Trafalgar Square on Monday last. (Received February 16, 12.45 p.m.) February 13. At the close of the sales of scoured wools, a very irregular price for faulty scoured was ruling, at about a penny below last sales.
