ELECTION NOTICE. LICENSING DISTRICT OF THE BOROUGH OP KUMAR A. IN pursuance of " The Licensing Act, ISSI," and the "Licensing Ac Amendment, 1882." I George Robert RuDKIN, Returning Ollicer for the above District, do herein' give notice that MONDAY the 22nd" day of February, is the day appointed for the Election of PCVE PERSONS to constitute a LICENSING COMMITTEE for the said district. And Ido hereby give notice that the Town Hall, Kumara, will be the Polling Place for such election, and that fhe POLL will be taken between the hours of 9 o'clock NOMINATIONS will be received at the Town Clerk's Office, Kumars, where printed forms of nomination papers umy he had, addressed to the Returning. Secietary West land Education Board. 6. Every child required by the said Act to attend a public school sha'l attend such school during AT LEAST THIRTY DAYS in each quarterly school term. 7. On the hearing of any information or complaint under fhe said Act for an oider to send children oi a child to a public school, or for the recovery of a penalty in respect thereof, the onus shall be on the parent or guaidian of such children or child of shewing that such children or child have or has attended, or are or is attending, a public school, in accordance with the requirements of the said Act, or that such children or child are or is exempt from such attendance thereunder.
