IANDER & SONS' EUCALYPTI ► EXTRACT. (Deutsche Med Wochenschrift 1879), Mosler, M.D. Professor at tlie University, Griefswald, Germany, reports;—The Eucalypti Extract proved magnifi', cently successful in very severe contusions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scah'mgs, broken ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived from it in all disorders of the respiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, m (lamination of the bronchial tubes and lungs, chronic catarrh, bronchitis, colds, &c., are not to be equalled by any other medicament. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. Lister, M.D., Professor, &c, London, the leading surgeon of the present lime, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published in Gaillard's Medical Journal, that the Eucalypti Extract is the best known antiseptic (means of preventing putrefaction). Prescribed four drops to le taken three times daily ; also, tongue wetted three times with the Eucalypti Extract, Treated as above for fuur weeks, then discharged cured. (J. H. Ruttley, M.D., Prof., &c t Philadelphia).—Since, in the case 0/ Mr Mercer, of Kerang, who had been ad vised by the medical officers of tlie Bendigo Hospital to have his tongue removed, like splendid results have attained through the application of the Eucalypti Extract.
