WESTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL County Chairman's Office, October 23rd, 1885. IT is hereby notified that the County Council are at all times prepared to receive and consider APPLICATIONS FOR AID EOR PROSPECTING, under Classes I and 2 of their Regulations. The names of proposed parties, and the country proposed to be prospected, must be stated in all cases, for the information of the Council. For the County Chairman, HENRY RICHARDSON RAE. DR.
