■gOROUGH OF KUMARA. NOTICE is hereby given that the VALUATION LIST for the BOROUGH OP KUMARA for the year 1886-7 is now open for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office. All OBJECTIONS theieto must lie left at the Resilient Magistrate’s Court, Kumara, on or before the 15th day of FEBRUARY, addressed to the Assessment Court; and a copy of every such Objection must be left at the Town Clerk’s Office not less than seven days before the sitting of the said Court. On the hearing of any information or complaint under the said Act for an order to send children or a child to a public school, or for the recovery of a penalty in respect thereof, the onus shall be on the parent or guardian of such children or child of shewing that such children or child have or has attended, or are or is attending, a public school, in accordance with the requirements of the said Act, or that such children or child are or is exempt from such attendance thereunder.
