SANDER & SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (Deutsche Med Wochenschrift 1879),, Hosier, M.D. Professor at the University, Griefswald, Germany, reports:— The Eucalypti Extract proved magnificently successful in very severe contusions, bruises, sprains, wounds, scaldings, broken ribs, and limbs. It effectually stays all inflammation and swellings. Also, the services derived fr<>m it in all disorders of the respiratory organs, as croup, diphtheria, m Summation of the bronchial tubes and lungs, chronic catarrh, bronchitis, colds, &c, arc not to be equalled by any other medicament. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. Lister, M.D., Professor, &c, London, the leading surgeon of the present lime, stated at the last meeting of the Clinical Society, London, as published in Gaillard's Medical Journal, that (he Eucalypti Extract is the best known antiseptic (means of preventing putrefaction). SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT. (American Medical Jonrnal, Novem ber, 1881).—In diseases of the kidney* either active congestion or suppression (uraemia) all albuminuria, dropsy, lithia sis, nothing will equal in its action Eucalypti Extract. (From American Medical Journal, Jan., 1882).—Pitzer, M.D., Professoi Theory and Practice of Medicine, American Medical College, says—lt ig the best remedy known in typhonia larial, typhoid fever, erysipelas, diph theria, scarlet fever, small-pox, &c; it effectually retards the disintegration of the animal fluids, which might result in a general breaking-up of the blood and in death. SANDER AND SONS' EUCALYPT] EXTRACT. (From St. Lonis Electric Medical Journal, Dec., 1881).—Cancer of the Tongue—Patient, Mrs W , 35 years old. Evidence of scrofulous' dia thesis. Prescribed four drops to t? taken three times daily; also, tongue wetted three times with the Eucalypti Extract. Treated as above for four weeks, then discharged cured. (J. H. Ruttley, M.D.; Prof., &c, Philadelphia).—Since, in the case of Mr Mercer, of Kerang, who had been advised by the medical officers of the Btmdigo Hospital to have his tongue removed, like splendid results have attained through the application of the Eucalypti Extract.
