PRINCE ALEXANDER'S DEMANDS FOR INDEMNITY. AMNESTY TO THE ROUMELIANS. (Received December 2, 1.30 a.m.) Vienna, Decmber 1. It is considered doubtful whether the armistice between Bulgaria and Servia will take place. Piince Alexander demands not only an indemnity, but Bulgarian occupation of Pierot and Latchar as a guarantee for its due payment. Constantinople, December 1. His Imperial Majesty the Sultan has proclaimed an amnesty to all his Roumeliaij subjects who took part in the lite Bulgarian revolution.
