(Received December 1, 1 a.m.) London, November 30 The London constituencies have returned 37 Conservatives, and 25 Libera's. For Bradford (Yorkshire) three Liberal members are returned, the Right Hon. W. E. Forster being rejected by a large majority. Sir John Walsham, Bart., the present First Secretary to the Biitisli Legation in Paris, has been appointed British Minister to China. Madrid, November 30. The remains of his late Mnjesty King Alphonso were interred in the Palace of the Escurial, yesterday. The funeral ceremony was of an imposing character and attended by a large number of people of all degrees.
