PRINCE ALEXANDER DISMISSED " FROM THE RUSSIAN ARMY. (Received November 7, 1.15 a.m.) Constantinople, November 6. The International Conference on the Bulgarian question held its first sitting yesterday, but the proceedings were of a formal nature, and the sitting" was adjourned until to-morrow. (Received November 7,2 p.m.) Later. His Excellency Said Pasha, representative of the Sublime Porte on the International Conference, stated at the opening of the sitting that he hoped the Powers would be able to ariive at a satisfactory settlement of the Bulgarian difficulty. In consequence of the disturbed state of affairs on the frontier of Greece, Turkey is despatching troops to maintain quietude. (Received November 7, 1.15 p.m.) St. Petersburg, November 5. The Cztr has formally dismissed Prince Alexander, of Bulgaria, from the Russian army.
